UK Delivery

We currently only offer standard delivery to the UK. Orders are sent using DPD and will require a signature from an adult aged 18 or over on delivery. Orders will be delivered in 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday not including bank holidays).

We provide Free Delivery for orders over £40. 

For orders under £40, postage will cost £4.50 for Mainland UK and £6.95 for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Rural. 

Please note our website has a minimum order value of £10.

If you live in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highland & Islands or a Rural postcode, although we will try our best to deliver in 3-5 working days, sometimes delivery may take a little longer. Our carrier will contact you after you place your order to arrange delivery.

All deliveries to any of the postcodes below will be charged at £6.95 (for orders under £40) due to increased costs from our delivery courier (DPD). The below postcodes will still qualify for free delivery if the order value is above £40.

Postcodes with £6.95 postage are: AB31-38, AB41-56, BT, FK17-21, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH19-99, TR, ZE.

We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

We do not currently deliver internationally.

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase any bladed Viners product, you will be asked to confirm you are over 18 at the checkout. All Viners orders containing a bladed item will require a signature on delivery by a person of 18 years of age or older. Delivery will be refused if no one over the age of 18 is present to collect the delivery. 

Our courier, DPD, will make two delivery attempts. After the second unsuccessful attempt, the package will be returned to us. DPD will not deliver to anywhere other than the address on the order. A package will not be left with a neighbour, for example. Any orders not containing a bladed item will not require identification and will have more flexible options at the delivery stage via DPD. A package will be able to be left with a neighbour, for example.

In line with the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, you must be aged 18 years or older to purchase any bladed products on this site. The legislation requires that age verification takes place both when a sale is accepted and at the point when the item is delivered.

It is an offense for any person under the age of 18 years in the UK to purchase, or attempt to purchase, a bladed product (age restricted item). This relates to any kitchen knives, knife block sets, carving sets and steak knife sets on this website. All packages containing a bladed article must be clearly marked to indicate that it contains a bladed article and that it should only be delivered into the hands of a person aged 18 or over. All of the orders placed on this site will be packaged with a label clearly marking it as an age restricted item and will require identification at point of delivery.

Viners operate a ‘Think 25’ policy which applies at all delivery and collection points. To purchase an age restricted item on this site, Viners requires the purchaser to confirm they are aged 18 years or older during the checkout procedure and also at the point of delivery of the item, whether that be to a residential address or a DPD pick up shop. If you are unable to be at home for the collection you can pick the parcel up at your nearest DPD Pick shop here.
