
Sweet & Spicy Tofu


Enjoy this sweet & spicy tofu as a delicious vegetarian main.
Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 80g thick-consistency honey
- 2tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1 - 2 tsp dried chilli flakes or a tbsp of freshly diced chilli (med heat!)
- 400g tofu
Method
- Cut the tofu block into equal portions and pat dry
- Drizzle the marinade into a pre-heated pan or pot
- Allow to bubble gently then add in your chopped tofu
- Cook for 10-15 mins. Flip halfway and ensure they have a nice, golden glaze
- Once the time is up, serve immediately with whatever you like, we had ours with sticky jasmine rice and herby micro greens.
