It’s time to get festive! Follow our Christmas-themed cocktail recipes to make for you and your close ones to enjoy.
Candy Cane Martini
Something sweet and minty to get you in a festive mood!
Ingredients
- 60ml of your favourite Vodka
- 30ml of white creme de menthe
- 15ml of Chambord or Grenadine
- 7ml of simple syrup
- 1 drop of peppermint oil (optional)
- 2 candy canes
- Ice
What you’ll need:
- Cocktail Shaker
- Jigger
- Martini Glass


Method
- Fill a shaker with ice and pour in the vodka, creme de menthe and Chambord/Grenadine.
- Time to shake! Make sure the lid is on and shake for about 10 seconds.
- Rim a cocktail glass by rubbing the simple syrup around the rim and then dipping it into crushed candy canes on a small plate. Top tip - to crush the candy canes, place them into a clear zip-lock bag and crush it with a rolling pin.
- Pour the mixture from the shaker into the cocktail glass and garnish with a candy cane.
Pomegranate and Rosemary Gin Fizz
If you’re a gin lover, try this refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients
- 60ml of your favourite gin
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 7ml of simple syrup
- 15ml pomegranate juice
- Tonic water
- A sprig of rosemary and pomegranate arils for garnish
- Ice
What you’ll need:
- Cocktail Shaker
- Jigger
- Cocktail Mixing Spoon
- Strainer
- Lowball Glass


Method
- Mix gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and pomegranate juice in a shaker with ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Once it’s all mixed, strain and pour over ice in a lowball glass.
- Top with tonic water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a large spoonful or two of pomegranate arils!

Method
- Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass with ice and stir well.
- Strain into a tumbler and add 1 large ice sphere or some fresh ice, and garnish with an orange slice.
