The taper ground blade is crafted from premium German stainless steel with a high carbon content to maintain a sharper cutting edge. The long, narrow blade shape is designed specifically for slicing poultry, cooked and raw meats. Also suitable for filleting large sized fish.
The handle material provides optimum comfort and grip with a bolster located at the front, adding equal weight throughout the whole piece. 3 point rivets provide a secure connection from the blade to the handle.
Hand wash only.
