The taper ground blade is crafted from premium German stainless steel with a high carbon content to maintain a sharper cutting edge.
The 5"/12.5cm Utility Knife is a versatile all-purpose knife, perfect for tackling tasks too big for a paring knife and too small for a chef’s knife. The sharp blade will cut through fruit and vegetable skins with ease. Also suitable for slicing and dicing meat and cheese.
The handle material provides optimum comfort and grip with a bolster located at the front, adding equal weight throughout the whole piece. 3 point rivets provide a secure connection from the blade to the handle.
Hand wash only.
