The taper ground blade is crafted from premium German stainless steel with a high carbon content to maintain a sharper cutting edge. The wide blade shape provides maximum control for precise, fine slicing. Shallow dimples create air pockets between the food and the blade, reducing cutting friction. Ideal for preparing raw fish.
The handle material provides optimum comfort and grip with a bolster located at the front, adding equal weight throughout the whole piece. 3 point rivets provide a secure connection from the blade to the handle.
