As Warehouse a Operative, within this role you will assist with the daily operations of a busy and efficient warehouse. The range of duties of a Warehouse Operative is wide and will be expected to include:


  • Customer order picking with the use of the RDT scanning equipment.
  • Stock replenishment
  • Ensuring customer orders are picked and stacked correctly to the customers required standard
  • Loading and unloading of all containerised goods into depot.
  • To keep working area clean and tidy
  • Break down of master cartons within picking bays
  • Achieve operationally determined productivity & accuracy targets
  • Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labelling)
  • Operate within Health & Safety requirements, adhering to standard operating procedures(SOPs) and Risk assessments
  • Operate forklifts, PPT’s, Man up equipment and any other MHE equipment supplied.
  • Operate hand held/truck mounted and workstation computer equipment.
  • Basic preventative maintenance of equipment
  • All other warehouse duties and general tasks


  • 1-2 years’ experience within Warehouse
  • Excellent Time Management,
  • Punctual & Reliable
  • Good Knowledge of Warehouse Operations
  • Experience of Stock Replenishment
  • FLT / Counterbalance Licence

Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00am to 16:00pm and Friday 07:00 am to 13:30pm.
Salary: £19,842.20 / £9.54ph.

The two sides associated with the flow of stock through our business will be co-ordinated with the purchasing team; the balancing of large and small customer order stock requirements within our 3 international warehouses and secondly the control of goods from suppliers into the system. Working alongside the purchasing co-ordinators are the quality control and governance team who make sure the quality standards set are followed rigorously from factory audits, risk assessment and testing of products all the way through to quality control throughout the production process and at delivery.
