This year we’ve taken our designs one step further and designed a colour coded knife block and board set that’s not only stylish but practical too.
Our new colour coded Assure knives correlate with the chopping boards, which will minimize cross-contamination with raw and cooked foods. This stylish yet functional set comes in a neat, compact block system, so both knives and boards can be stored in one place.
The Assure Knives in the new Block and Board Set are the same design as the original Assure Knives, featuring soft touch handles for comfort and grip as well as the square tip. However, these knives are a beautiful grey tone with colour end caps to correlate with the matching chopping board.
The boards themselves are made from rubber wood and have the food logo engraved into the relevant chopping board. Both knives and boards are neatly stored away together in the wooden block, saving space in your kitchen.
