The taper ground blade is crafted from premium German stainless steel with a high carbon content to maintain a sharper cutting edge. The Paring Knife is ideal for peeling, slicing and trimming small vegetables and fruits. Detailed food preparation such as removing seeds, de-veining shrimps and skinning can be completed with ease due to the extra sharp blade.
The handle material provides optimum comfort and grip with a bolster located at the front, adding equal weight throughout the whole piece. 3 point rivets provide a secure connection from the blade to the handle.
