- How do I return an item for an exchange or refund?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please fill in the RETURNS FORM we are providing with all our parcels and return it with your item(s) within 14 days.

Once the goods are returned to us, we will refund you in full (including the original delivery charge only if the goods are faulty) within 30 days.All items must be returned in their original packaging and reach us safely in good condition before we can take any action.

- If I return a product to you, is my postage also refunded?
All return postage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. For faulty items, once we receive your returned parcel, we will make you a full refund including postage or sent you a replacement.
- Can I return my order to one of Viners retail stores?
Products purchased on our websites cannot be returned to our Viners shops or factory outlets. Please return items purchased from Viners shops or factory outlets to the location where purchased.
- How I can claim my product guarantee?
To make a claim for a product under guarantee, or to for any faulty product claims, please complete the online form to ensure we have all the details to process your claim or register your product as quickly as possible. We suggest if you email a digital photo of the product affected, this will help us resolve your issue more quickly. Please allow up to 14 days for guarantee claims and queries to be processed.
