Viners.co.uk accept any major credit card or debit card. Payments are securely processed using Protx, with full SSL technology which encrypts all your personal information and prevents it from being accessed or read by any third party. You can check that you are in a secure area of our site by looking in the browser at the foot of the page where you will see a padlock symbol.
Prices on this website are quoted in GB £ pounds sterling and include VAT.
Delivery is charged at £3.95 - free over £50 - and orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days. All the products listed on Viners.co.uk are currently in stock, however if an item is unavailable for any reason you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order. Please note, a signature is required at the delivery address; if no one is available to sign for the goods our courier will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
We regret that we currently only ship to UK and Northern Ireland addresses.
If you would like a refund or exchange please email orders@viners.co.uk for a returns form, quoting your order number, and if you would like a refund or an exchange. It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us (including the completed returns form), at your expense, unused and in the same condition that you received them in. Once the goods are returned to us, we will refund you in full (including the original delivery charge) within 30 days. You will receive the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the goods. If you would like to exchange to a higher priced item we will ask your agreement to take payment for the difference, and if the exchange is for a lower priced item the difference will be refunded to you.
In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered to you damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Products purchased on Viners.co.uk can not be returned to Viners (or Oneida) shops or factory outlets.

From time to time we may contact you to inform you of Oneida products, services, promotions and special offers that you may be interested in. We may pass your details to our approved consumer liaison service centre who adheres to the UK Data Protections Acts 1984 and 1998, and who will use this data solely for the purpose of answering your customer service queries.
