Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank holidays.

All the products listed on Viners.co.uk are currently in stock, however if an item is unavailable for any reason you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order.

 Please note, a signature is required at the delivery address; if no one is available to sign for the goods our courier (DPD) will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery. 

Returns & exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product/s when they arrive you can return them in good condition, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note, all return postage charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.
If you would like a refund or exchange please email orders@viners.co.uk for a returns form, quoting your order number. It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us (including the completed returns form), at your expense, unused and in the same condition that you received them in.
Once the goods are returned to us, we will refund you in full (including the original delivery charge if the goods are faulty) within 30 days. You will receive the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the goods. If you would like to exchange to a higher priced item we will ask your agreement to take payment for the difference, and if the exchange is for a lower priced item the difference will be refunded to you.

Please return items purchased from Viners shops or factory outlets to the location where purchased.
