Returns & Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us following the instructions below, and we'll exchange
or refund it.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your product/s upon delivery when they arrive you can return them in good condition, within 14 days of
receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note, all return postage charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty. 

 

If you would like a refund or exchange please email orders@viners.co.uk for a returns form, quoting your order number. It will be your
responsibility to return the goods to us (including the completed returns form), at your expense, unused and in the same condition that you received them in. 

 

Once the goods are returned to us, we will refund you in full (including the original delivery charge if the goods are faulty) within 30 days.
You will receive the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the goods. If you would like to exchange to a higher
priced item we will ask your agreement to take payment for the difference, and if the exchange is for a lower priced item the difference
will be refunded to you.

 

In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered to you damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Products purchased on our websites cannot be returned to our Oneida shops or factory outlets.

 

Please return items purchased from Viners shops or factory outlets to the location where purchased.
