Oneida International accept any major credit card or debit card. Payments are securely processed using Protx, with full SSL technology which encrypts all your personal information and prevents it from being accessed or read by any third party.

Payments can also be made securely through PayPal

Prices on this website are quoted in GB £ pounds sterling and include VAT. 

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 - delivery in 3-5 working days.

Our standard delivery lead time is 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).  During promotional periods, the high demand experienced may slightly extend the delivery lead time and we kindly ask for your patience whilst we work through the volume of orders received.

European delivery is available for £15.00 - delivery within 10 working days
(Available to Republic of Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg).  

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Please note, a signature is required at the delivery address; if no one is available to sign for the goods our courier (DPD) will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
