Please find detailed below a list of queries and answers covering the Groupon redemption process.

 

Q:    Where do I redeem my voucher

A:     Please redeem the voucher at www.viners.co.uk/groupon.html  

 

Q:     When I go to redeem the voucher it doesnt allow me to?

A:      The small print on your voucher details the earliest redemption time. Typically on day of release the offer can only be redeemed after 8pm.

 

Q:     When I try and redeem my voucher I am told the product is out of stock?

A:      Its not possible for Groupon to sell you a voucher for a product and then for it to be out of stock when you come to redeem it. We work to specifc numbers so that Groupon are aware of how many sets they can sell and cannot oversell. Please ensure you are at url www.viners.co.uk/groupon.html 

 

Q:     I placed my order and would now like to amend the delivery address?

A:      All order processing is automatic so we are unable to amend the delivery address of an order after it has been redeemed.

 

Q:      How long does it take for delivery of my product?

A:       All orders are subject to a 7-10 day delivery period. We aim to deliver quicker but this is the worst case scenario. All orders are shipped via DPD and when you redeem your voucher you will have been asked to detail your email address so we can send you an acknowledgement that your redemption has been successful. Additionally we will send you an email when we have shipped the goods. This email will detail that the goods have left by DPD an approx delivery time and the ability to change the delivery date.

 

Q:      How do I return a product if I am not happy with it?

A:      If you are unhappy with the product for any reason you must fill in the Groupon return form enclosed within the parcel. This must then be sent back with   the goods to our distribution centre address as follows.

 

Oneida International, Silkstone Court, Upper Cliffe Road, Dodworth, Barnsely, S75 3SP

 

It is vital you complete all parts of this form and include it with the returned prouct otherwise we are unable to determine who the goods have been returned from and will not be able to issue a refund approval to Groupon. The security code (10 digit alpha numeric) must be included not simply your name and address.

 

Please then send an email to Groupon@oneida.co.uk detailing that you have returned the set. When we have received the goods back we will answer your email advising we have received the set back and you would now contact support@groupon.co.uk to obtain a refund.
