In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we have designated support services for your queries.

 

Our standard delivery lead time is 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).  During promotional periods, the high demand experienced may slightly extend the delivery lead time and we kindly ask for your patience whilst we work through the volume of orders received.

 

For all Groupon purchases
Due to the huge demand of product ordered through Groupon, Viners use the services of an outside agency to manage the customer queries. You may only enquire about Groupon orders on this line.

Guarantee claims
To make a claim for a product under guarantee, or to for any faulty product claims, please click here and complete the online form to ensure we have all the details to process your claim or register your product as quickly as possible.  Please allow up to 21 days for guarantee claims and queries to be processed.  You may also email our Warranty Department at customerservices@viners.co.uk who will be able to assist you.

 

Web Purchases
If your query is related directly to a recent purchase from our website, please contact us at: Orders@viners.co.uk.  All order enquiries are dealt with via an email tracking system.  Prior to delivery, you will receive notification from our designated carriage company containing details of your delivery including tracking number and query contact details.

 

Product Enquiries
If you have purchased a product and want to enquire about its use, any issues or claims you may have with it then please email customerservices@viners.co.uk

You may also call 0800 804 7005.  This department is manned Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 2.30pm.  We will not be available to take your call on Weekends or Bank Holidays, please email your query to our team outside the operating hours and we will respond to your query as soon as possible.
